INSAKA DIRECTORY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The owners of The Insaka Directory have the right to refuse a listing or to terminate a listing at any time if we wish.
  • Information provided in the application form will be used exactly as provided by you. Insaka eCommerce Academy will not be responsible for any errors, however, we do reserve the right to edit your submission should it be deemed necessary for any reason.
  • The price which you sign up for will never increase but if your payment lapses and you don’t correct this within 14 days then your subscription will be ended and if you wish to rejoin you would need to rejoin at the rate available at that time (not the lower rate which you may have previously signed up for). 
  • If a monthly payment bounces or declines then your listing will be removed until payment clears again.
  • Insaka uses Stripe as a payment gateway, with our account based in the USA. Your bank may or may not charge an international payment processing fee for transactions with Insaka.
  • If an eCommerce Service Providers (ESPs) listing needs updating or should be added to another category then it is the responsibility of the ESPs to let our team know and we will make the change within 7 working days. 
  • “3 strikes and you’re out” rule. If we receive 3 separate complaints about your service then your listing will be removed and your most recent fee will be refunded. 
  • Advertisement space will be made available in prominent positions of each category. This gives you or other ESPs the opportunity to make your listing more visible in relation to other listings.   • Review ratings are required on some categories but not all. 
  • We reserve the right to adjust, amend or change the qualification criteria for listing.
