Warrick talks customer service at the 2018 Seamless Africa eCommerce Expo in Cape Town 

As Warrick Kernes’s previous company Action Gear won the top award for Customer Service in the SA eCommerce Awards, the organisers of the Seamless Africa eCommerce Expo asked him to speak at the event to share his views on how to offer great customer service in the South African eCommerce environment. 

The 2018 Seamless Africa event was held in March at the Cape Town Convention Center. The downstairs area was free to attend with many industry exhibitors. Warrick’s presentation was in the upstairs auditorium for the VIP attendees and after being introduced by the CEO of eCommerce Forum Africa, Mr Alastair Tempest, he dived into his presentation on what it takes to offer world-class customer service in the SA eCom space.
